The 2009 Idea House is now open for tours, in the Seawatch at Sunset Harbor community just north of Southport on Hwy 211. Tour the home 12pm to 5pm, Thursday through Sunday, between now and the end of November to see the latest in coastal home décor, construction and design trends featuring cutting edge products from many national sponsors. Tours are $10 with proceeds to benefit the Boys & Girls Homes of North Carolina.
