Grapefull Sisters Vineyard & Campground, Black Bear Golf Club and Banana Jack with WLSC 1240 AM will host the Premiere Black Bear Festival and Golf Tournament on Saturday, April 18, 2009. The Festival will be from 12 Noon to 5:00 pm at Grapefull Sisters Vineyard.  The Golf Tournament is scheduled to tee off at 8:30am at Black Bear Golf Club with the Awards Ceremony being held following the tournament at Grapefull Sisters Vineyard and Campground.

We cordially invite you to join us in supporting what we hope will become a highly anticipated recurring annual event.  The day includes a golf tournament, live Blue Grass band, Lil Miss and Lil Mr. Black Bear Pageant, Strong Man Competition, Awards Ceremony for the Golf Tournament, Pony and Camel Rides, Petting Zoo, an impressive selection of food and craft vendors along with a variety of activities for the whole family and, of course, Wine Tastings.

We have information available about sponsorship levels, vendor booths, and golfers for this year’s Premiere Black Bear Festival and Golf Tournament. We hope you will strongly consider participating with a corporate sponsorship, having a booth at the festival or signing up a team to golf in the tournament. 

The deadline to confirm your sponsorship is Friday, March 20, Vendors have until April 3 and Golfers have until April 11 to sign up. We thank you in advance for your most generous consideration and look forward to sharing a fun-filled day for the entire family.
