Earth Day ROCKS! - Open to the public

“Go Green”! This national phenomenon has hit and we are celebrating our Mother Earth in beautiful McLean Park. Jam to live music, provided by the Will Jackson Band, while strolling through green vendors.  A children’s area offers an opportunity to plant flowers in a take home flowerpot, color murals, receive temporary tattoos and learn about earth-friendly practices.

Bring any brand of old athletic shoes (no shoes containing metal, cleats, dress shoes and no wet or damp shoe) to recycle through Nike’s “Let Me Play” program. www.letmeplay.com/reuseashoe

Come and enjoy an evening of fun at McLean Park, you might learn something! Bring a beach chair, blanket and non-alcoholic beverages.
